Section 2: The Strategy Sessions
A. Building your RPA Strategy step by step. At the end of this you have a completed, presentable, and robust strategy. I will personally work on this with you, and our support team will save you time by making it "McKinsey presentable".
B. The RPA Business Case. We’ll start you with our list of core variables. Then we’ll build you a model. And then you can add your specific inputs in order to show the right financial story.
C. Change Management Approach. This is an overview of the issues you and your organisation need to be addressing. You’ll get a presentation deck, and we’ll work with you to align it to your specific situation.
D. Integrating RPA With Business Transformation. RPA is incredibly powerful, but it is only one tool. This session will show how to align RPA with Lean Six Sigma and general Business Process Management.
Section 3: The Platform Sessions
A. The Main RPA Platforms. Giving you an in-depth, insider's view of the main RPA platforms
B. Build Your Own Bot - we are going to get you using one of the RPA tools to actually build your own Bot. You’ll get a real insight into how to actually implement an RPA solution.
Section 4: The Implementation Sessions
A. Designing and Running a Proof of Concept. For most organisations the POC is where they start. This section clearly shows how to build a POC that sets the right expectations and succeeds on delivering those.
B. Your Roll-out Strategy and Process Prioritisation. In parallel to your POC we are showing you the key elements you need to be establishing during those early days. This section covers a range of areas from the strength and security of your infrastructure through to the department and processes to be impacted.
C. The Centre of Excellence. As many of you know, my view is that a strong COE is the key requirement for successful RPA. We close off the course by designing your Centre of Excellence model, defining the roles for your organisation, also covering leadership and reporting methods
